Chip Eggleton | Collective Mind Care

Are you or a loved one navigating a difficult life transition? Collective Mind Care helps individuals who feel trapped by their circumstances find a path to a more fulfilling future. We have positive results helping clients overcome addiction and continue to support clients in recovery. Many clients are loved ones of individuals struggling with addiction, who have difficulty establishing boundaries. We help these clients realize the difference between being supportive, and enabling unhealthy behaviors. We provide couples therapy, serving those going through rough patches, and support individuals considering separation.

The primary therapeutic modality we practice is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We also utilize tenets of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EFT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Regardless, our approach is very person-centered and empowering. First, we’ll identify treatment goals. We’ll then work together to overcome identified obstacles.

We foster a supportive referral network among local, passionate, mental health providers to ensure individuals find the right mental health provider, even if we’re not the right fit. I’ve lived and worked abroad in various Latin American countries: Hablo español con fluidez.
